I want to share some exciting news about my book.
It’s finally taking shape thanks to a wonderful group of friends I’ve met through Michael Heppell’s Write that Book Masterclass I joined last November. We’ve all been challenged to publish our book this year, and I for one want to make that happen.
My original idea of the book has changed slightly. In addition to the 79 pictures that make up my memories to the 79 ‘end of the line’ stations, I’ve also written a brief story of the places I visited. And if that’s not enough, it will have some detail about each of the 79 stations and each of the 16 lines along which I’ve travelled.
Over the coming weeks, I’ll share more details: The title; my promise about the book to you; its contents and many other aspects. And if you want to get involved in helping me shape the book, there’ll be opportunities to review parts as I finish writing it. I’d say I’m about 3/4s the way through, and plan on finishing the first draft later this month.
I’ll also set out how you’ll be able to pre-order a copy too.
